Bloody cats! Shitting everywhere and digging up plants. Killing birds and every single frog in our wildlife pond. Also, they've caught and killed lots of goldfish from our fishpond, which we couldn't believe until we put up a camera there. 😠

Have you her permission to have a camera recording in her backyard. I would be very annoyed to discover my neighbour had been recoding me.

Seriously, that’s what you query with a truly awful neighbour like this?

If my neighbour was recording me in my backyard I'd call that truly awful.

My neighbour has a beautiful ornamental maple with tiny leaves. Winter, spring, summer - there for all to admire. In the autumn I get millions of the pointy fuckers blown into my garden. They are too small to rake up so I'm out there on my hands and knees Angry

I’ve never owned a camera or recorded anyone, and if I was minding my own business I would have plenty to say about a camera pointing into my property - but if I had a neighbour like this I’d want proof of her unhinged behaviour in case I needed it. She’s not recording for the fun of it.

Cats and bindweed

I thought that poster was recording her own back garden, not the neighbours - but it records what's coming over the fence.

MrsSkylerWhite · 26/04/2024 08:41

Oh and the next door neighbour ….

bombastix · 26/04/2024 08:44

@Kilroywashere / I love it in the lawn! But it has invaded the beds. A bit of a nightmare really.

@bluecomputerscreen - congrats on your weapons grade snails.

GoFaster83 · 26/04/2024 08:51

I have a shared garden. For me it's the tacky solar fake flowers one neighbour insists on installing. But he mows the lawn and keeps it tidy and he just kissed my dog so, I'll forgive him!

no garden - but I have fucking snails on the balcony. 3 floors up!

I suspect they came up in the soil of plants.
took a while to figure out why some plants didn't thrive.

She recorded her neighbour pick it up with her "bare hands" - she could only do if she was recording across the fence - which is totally unacceptable. How would anyone feel being recorded in your back garden - bad enough being overlooked.

It's still not acceptable. Both neighbours are behaving badly.

Objectionhearsayspeculation · 26/04/2024 10:25

Sheep, children and dogs. Unfortunately they all (or most of them apart from some extra children sometimes) belong to me. They all have a sixth sense for the moment I sit down though

TBF If I saw a video of the neighbour's bare hand containing poo reaching over my side of the fence in a camera that was only showing my side of the fence, I would assume she's picked it up like that and probably use that prasing.

But if not and the camera is catching footage of her in her garden/side of the fence (or boundary) then that's not on.
