Where are all the herb /perennial /nurseries in Wiltshire?

In the 1990s I used to visit Bradley's herb nursery in Wylam regularly. It was owned by the Potters and it was a magical place to visit, and not just for buying things.

After 20 years of not having my own garden (rented or places I knew would be temporary homes) I am now in a position to grow my dream garden.

I have a blank canvas of lawn to create a cottage garden.

I have searched for a place like Bradley's but everything is either a garden centre or online

So, does anyone know of nurseries which stock herbs, perennials, unusual (aka unpopular) plants in Wiltshire or Hampshire? Ones that are preferably open now.

When I lived in Basingstoke there were a couple of nice garden centres (one on the Reading Road and one near the crematorium) but I was hoping Wiltshire would have a better choice. Garden centres all stock the same stuff, usually annuals, Roses and common shrubs. Herbs are always mint and parsley.

Any hidden gems out there?

TIA

You could look through the list on the RHS site

Hardy's is great but they have really put their prices up this past year. I didn't want to pay £12 for a 3L perennial but maybe that's the going rate in that neck of the woods.

There is a nice nursery south of Wincanton (is that Wilts or Somerset?) called Plantwild - they do native pollinator friendly plants at reasonable prices. There's also the nursery at Longstock, part of the Waitrose estate near Stockbridge. Great cafe there too.

Hardy's is nearer Basingstoke so a bit far for now. Stockbridge is lovely so I'll look at that one too
