Humidity for indoor plants

I have two Pink Anthureum laceleaf in my lounge that I bought a couple of days ago. Apparently they need humidity. I read online about giving them a bath- what does that entail? And are any other (free/cheap) ways to make sure they get the humidity they need?

Houses are naturally far dryer than the world.outside. Best way to increase local humidity is to sit the pot on a tray of coarse gravel and keep the travel damp...but don't let the pot sit in water. Regular mist spraying is an alternative but if you are out all day it's less effective...or you can do a combination of both...

If your tray has an inch of gravel in it, you can have the water an inch deep without the plants sitting in water. Grow plants in groups rather than singly. Keep a decorative sprayer nearby and spray whenever you go past
