My Choisya is looking very sad. Lots of brown leaves at the edges. Should I cut it back and hope for the best? When is the best time to do this? Any advice gratefully received, thanks.

Mine is the same. I’ve always found them quite resilient so am planning to prune soon

I had a quick google which seemed to suggest after flowering, but honestly it looks pretty dreadful and I can’t believe it’s going to flower given its condition. I’m hoping it will survive, as most of my hebes died this winter too and the cordyline. The garden is looking a bit sad and bleak

I'd give it a haircut in a couple of weeks once you feel sure the frost has gone

I'd be interested too as mine are also looking very sad. I lost six hebes this year with the harsh frosts, they were the major casualties in my garden.

Following as mine look very sorry for themselves too. I thought I’d wait til the weather warms up and they start to come back to life again before deciding whether to trim off the brown patches.

They’re really easy to propagate if all else fails!
