Frost damage

I wasn't able to protect newer plants from the frost and snow. Kicking myself now! I know ultimately I'll have to wait and see but does anyone with experience know whether these will likely survive and come back in spring?

phlox paniculata
Lewisia Elise (leaves look/feel frozen!)
echinacea
echinops

all the above were still small/young.

centranthus ruber.
Thank you!

Not sure about the specific plants, but many of mine I wait for the first frost to catch them, then I know they're done for the year and I cut them back to close to ground level and mulch over them. I've been successful at having my salvia's come back in South Yorks for two years now that way.

Centranthus ruber is naturalised in the UK. It will be fine.

Thanks, both of you!
