Wildlife camera for garden

I'd really like to put a small pond in our garden and then set a camera up next to it so I can see what wildlife might be visiting. It will be dug unto ground level.
Please can people share their hints/tips/suggestions for a decent camera that can film at night too? I see there's one on Wowcher for £19.99 but am worried it might be cheap and nasty and not provide very good or reliable footage. Then again, for a total beginner like me, it might be okay.
What's the minimum that should I be looking for in the camera? I'm doing it on a budget so don't have loads of money to spend but am hopeful I can achieve it if I do my research first.

I've hadnkne for about 4 days! I bought it on one of the Amazon Prime days. Iirc, it was £100 'reduced' to £65, plus an SD card.

I wanted one to take night pictures, to see what's about. I also wanted it to have a good angle of vision, very waterproof, and good size camera images. Mine is 30MP. I also wanted one which I could link to from the house, so a WiFi connection, as I might put it in relatively tricky to reach places now and then.

All good so far, sort of. A bit of a faff to set up. Some lovely pictures of my hedgehog, but I knew i had him so not that exciting! He looks good and fat though, but that's nothing to do with the camera!

You need it, obviously, to be triggered by motion, and with-a quick response so you don’t just see tips of tails. Good depth of field, so you can pick up things next to the camera and half a garden away.
