Where can I find good quality, solar powered garden lights?

place marking as I need to know this too...
I came across a website called SPV but no idea if any good spvlights.co.uk/collections/solar-fairy-lights

What is it that you want? I'm thinking some fairy lights, lights for the borders and spot lights for the back as it backs onto woodland and is very dark....

Hopefully someone will come along with some recommendations Grin

In my experience there's no such thing, I spent a fortune on solars over the years, they don't last nor give out a huge amount of light.

Are you able to get an outdoor socket fitted and get plug in fairy lights?

I have one set of plug in lights, but they need to be near the house in order to to reach the socket.

I want some around the garden away from the house.

I tend to buy cheap and cheerful as they all seem to suffer from the same issues no matter the price. Have been pleased with the Habitat solar spotlights from Argos (pack of 4 is £16). Plastic is a bit brittle so take care on putting into hard ground but ours have been going strong for a couple of years now and both the light and panel can be angled a bit once in the ground which is handy. Not great in winter, but I don't think any are to be honest.

I brought a cheap set (£10) of fairy lights on copper wire off Amazon over a year ago and they’re still going strong. You just need to make sure that you have enough sunlight around the garden to charge.
