Hello, I'm looking for some lovely roses to plant in a full sun position. What varieties are suitable?
Total novice so really appreciate your help.

Oooh. Thank you for the advice @VenusClapTrap
Is Root Grow the same as rooting powder?
I took some cuttings and put in pots with some root powder but I think they got too dry and they died. I have more cuttings but am not sure how best to give them a good chance?

No it’s completely different. Root Grow is mycorrhizal fungi. Rooting powder is a hormone.

Root grow is magic stuff as it helps the roots develops to find water. I have been really impressed with it- have planted a whole new border with plug size plants and bulbs and they have done really well.
And thanks for generous gardener warning. My green fingered neighbour said she bought bare stick roses from DA and generic wilkos/Tesco ones and the difference in development was amazing. David Austin just burst into life. The ones I have given as gifts have done v well but this will be the first just for me. So hoping to get it right
