The Vegetative Key to the British Flora, by Poland and Clements, separates foxglove from green alkanet fairly early in the key, based on whether the leaf margins are toothed or entire. Can’t see teeth on yours, so that would make them green alkanet.

And I think one of the leaves is already showing the bristly hairs of green alkanet.

We've got a self seeded alkanet in the corner of our patio, it's been there years and has never spread. Forget me nots are taking over a bit (they're the small ones either side in the photo). We also get self-seeded foxgloves, in the other picture. Self seeded primroses all over the place too
