What are you planting this weekend?

I'm been quite reserved but I just want start planting seeds now!

What seeds are you looking forward to setting off the most?

I'm going to need a bigger greenhouse.

Potatoes, broad beans and radish in
Sweet peas that I will kill in bigger pots but their days are numbered!
Pea shoots almost outgrown their toilet rolls need to build their climbing frames tomorrow.

Next in: direct to soil, carrots, leeks.

Have already killed the basil

My artichokes seedlings are already coming up. The melon and squash seedling are getting ready to burst through and the Russian sage has popped up too. I started some peppers off at the beginning of Feb from seeds from a supermarket pepper. I potted on and put some in the greenhouse, some on a windowsill in the house. I also started some red cosmos to do with the white ones I already planted.

I'm started to come to terms with no holiday this summer again so I'm going to cram the borders full of plants.

I've got tomatoes, sunflowers and rudbeckia seeds on the kitchen windowsill and have been sprinkling some wildflower seeds in the sunny border, I've got lots so am going to do a few every couple of weeks and hope some of them come up! If they do they'll be a right old mish mash as I've just mixed different wildflower seed packets together and hoped for the best

I've dug up a lavender stump & put a Thyme in its place, in our front garden. Have also dug up all the dandelions from the scrubby front lawn before we strip the top & resow it with a wildflower lawn mix.
