I would like to plant a beautiful shrub in a sunny spot beside a new patio to give some dappled shade. It needs to be about 1m-1.5m tall (its on a slope so that height would be fine if I was sitting there with my G&T). I'd like something with some colour, maybe flowering. Any suggestions for what to look at?
