Will my money plant die in the conservatory???

I've had it since 1999 when we first moved into our first house.

It was a cutting from MIL.

Its now huge.

It lives in the kitchen. On a windowsill. Its not an outside windowsill anymore though. (It looks through to the conservatory.)

Anyway dh put it in the conserv last night. It looks quite nice there but I really don't want it to die.

He put another plant out too (we needed space in kitchen as we held a wooden toy party here today)but I don't know what its called.

Shall I leave them there or bring them back in.

It get cold at night and hot in high summer. No chance of that now.

Ours in in the conservatory over winter, but our conservatory is open to the kitchen and west facing, so doesn't have the temperature differentials.

Ok, so maybe we should put it back. Its nice having the free sill in the kitchen though. Looks more open.

We have the door open all day, only shut at night. Maybe I could bring it throught then. Thats a faff though.
How about the other plant??

People do put plants in conservatories though. I've seen them!

how cold does it get?
and no idea on the other plant as we don't know what it is

I've lost a money plant in a frost-free greenhouse over winter, so they are quite sensitive to cold (more so than a lot of other succulents). If the night-time temp drop in your conservatory is something like that which you get in a frost-free greenhouse, I wouldn't risk it.

Its green and has lots of slightly bendy stalks (?) coming from a central bit! The leaves are about the size of a 50p and get bigger the further away from the base of the stalk. It has little pink flowers in summer. My friend gave it to me when dd was born.

The playroom doesn't have a thermometer so don't know. It gets chilly and I don't let the kids in till the heating has come on in the morning in the winter. I'll ask dh.
