Garden layout and shape

Hello,
I would like to have some advice on the garden layout and size of a newly built property.
Firstly, is 9x9 meters size garden e decent size? Or is it too small? Secondly, the garden layout is a bit unusual. As highlighted in the attached image, the rear side fence is not straight, and appears that plot 41 is taking up out garden space. Since this is a newly built property, it is not an intrusion of our garden space. This is how the plan is. However, down the line when we come to sell the property, would it cause any issues? Has anybody else came across such issue?
As the property is still being built, we don't know how this will look at the end.
Thank you in advance for your advice.

9x9 is probably typical for a new build, but it entirely depends what you want to do with the garden.

does the plot have a garage where the smaller blue box is? It is the odd little strip behind the garage that could be a problem because it is too small to be of any use. It would be better to make the garage 1m longer to have some extra indoor storage.

or if the little strip is 2m wide, then you could put a garden shed in there which would be useful.

As for the other little wobble in the fence, if you put a nice plant in front then no one will notice.

Thank you for your advice @parietal. Yes the blue box represents the garage which has already been built so it wouldn't be possible to extend it.
The little wobble would be about 1-2m wide so probably may have to decking or a plant.

The wobble in the fence won't be a problem when selling - many houses have really strange garden shapes - eg triangles tapering down to 2m wide. Someone buying a new house isn't going to be that fussed about the garden - someone buying for whom the garden is top in their list of priorities knows not to buy a new property (unless they're buying at the high end).

Someone buying a new house isn't going to be that fussed about the garden - sorry - they will fuss about whether the garden looks nice and is well cared for. I didn't mean to imply that people in new builds don't care about their gardens, they clearly do. But somebody itching for a large space to create a garden is going to focus their search on older properties, so having a standard sized garden for a new build, and a kink in the fence isn't going to reduce your pool of potential buyers.

Thank you @MereDintofPandiculation
