Flower IDs and advice please

We're hopefully moving into a new house in approximately 3-4 weeks. The garden is unsuitable for us in its current state (loads of concrete with lovely plants, shrubs and trees dotted around it) so we will be turning most of it to grass with borders on the edges.

There are some lovely varieties in there that I'd really like to salvage by either digging up to move or taking cuttings if I can. Trouble is I'm a total novice and those with flowers may have stopped blooming by the time we move in and it'll be even harder to identify plants.

Please can anyone look at the attached photos I took when we went to measure up, and if you don't mind, tell me what it is and if it's possible to keep it going and how best to do so?

I'm assuming an acer or some kind, a rose of some kind, that's about as far as my knowledge extends Blush thank you!

I can't see your Acer. The first picture has a pale pink rose, the second a pale red rose, and the third is a Hibiscus.

@MereDintofPandiculation thanks very much. I had to post the other two photos separately as it wouldn't let me do it in one go.

The pale red one, it's kind of a tree structure which threw me, I've never seen a rose like it before. It's a gorgeous colour so would be fab if it's happy to be moved somewhere else.

I think I'm going to have to pot stuff temporarily while the garden is done, hope I don't kill it all off. The current owners are seasoned pros and have done such a good job. A lot of love has gone into it and I don't want to obliterate all of it.

Those plants all look mature, I would feel very doubtful about digging them up myself to be honest. Is there no way you can leave them in situ but protect them from damage?

Results of transplanting mature shrubs are variable but there's a strong risk of losing them, unfortunately. I wouldn't do it if I could avoid it, here's a good explanation why...

@TheNoodlesIncident thank you, I've just read the article you linked to, appreciate it.

I think we may get away with keeping the tall red rose and the second pink one without disturbing them.

Last two, Acer, yes, and another rose.

Could you tie them up in neat bundles out of the way, and put stakes round them to avoid trampling? But otherwise leaves them where they are? Or take cuttings of the roses, and once you have a cutting growing successfully you can remove the original. You won't be able to get cuttings of the Acer.
