Are your pots/baskets dying off now?

My beautiful baskets and planters are starting to die off and it feels too early. I was hoping for a few more weeks of enjoying them, and hopefully a few more days sitting in the garden.

So have I done something wrong with them or is it time for them to start tailing off now.

Are you feeding them? A feed of tomato food liquid once a week should perk them up

Some of my annuals are dying early, to my great sorrow. I think it was the winds and the wild temperature fluctuations.

I put the miracle grow feeding granules in when I planted them, they're supposed to last 6 months. It's mainly the lobelia and petunias that have flopped 😕

Mine too Sad
Begonias & geraniums are fine but lobelia & petunias are dying. I planted them in early May so I suppose I've had my money's worth!

Lobelia are quite delicate and sensitive to sun and wind. They turn brown quite quickly and can’t be revived. I don’t put them in hanging baskets any more.
The self seeded ones in other pots and crevices are still flowering. They must like where they’ve put themselves!
My baskets only have Geranuims and Begonias, the flowers have got smaller, but still going strong.

The lobelia are well and truly dead. I wouldn't plant them again to be honest, I've had the best results from Alyssum and Cosmos, they've been stunning.
