Structured flowers for a sunny patch

Hi,
Im making a feature in the middle of my garden to cover my ugly septic tanks- I have 3!
Im looking to plant some flowers that are a bit structured- not to rambling, and that also can tolerate full sun. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
I was thinking azaleas and rhodendrons....

Osteospermum, dwarf fuschia, lavender (not sure if that's structured enough), dahlias? I don't think Rhododendron would tolerate full sun, they tend to go yellow with too much light.

Floribunda roses would give structure, under planted with lavender. Lovely colour combination and perfume.

Weigela
Hebe
Cistus
Viburnum tinus

Thank you for all the suggestions. I have a long border of different types of lavender lining my front wall so no more lavender!
I was thinking of creating a colour scheme- I know that sounds really naff but with the dark fresh top soil I wanted silvery leaved plants and white and pale pink flowers.

I dont want gaudy oranges, reds etc!

Thank you again for all the suggestions. Will brace myself for the super long queues at the garden centre!

Phlomis tuberosa and P. fructicosa have greyish leaves and pink flowers (make sure you have the right species as other Phlomis have yellow flowers. Lavender has pink varieties. There's a ground cover Lamium with green leaves liberally splashed with silver, and pink flowers (there's also one with yellow flowers).

Rose campion has silver leaves - you might find the pink too garish for you, in which case there's a white flowered version. And of course pinks, with grey foliage and flowers from white through pink to magenta.

Salvias are sun lovers and are structures, roses? X

Does it have to be flowers, in my garden ( when extension is finally done) I will have a patch that bakes dry. I am going to grow a hot garden, agave, red hot poker, sempervivum, aloe, cardoons, maybe some grasses my list is growing. Can't wait.

Silver leafed plants that fit your criteria:
Convolvulus cneorum
Cistus
Purple sage
Rosemary
Perovskia Blue Spire (although this might be a bit rambly for you)
