We moved and lost the labels. One is definitely an apple as it's the only that fruited last year after we'd got them Xmas 2018

Very disturbed to hear they are too close to the fence.

I have a cherry fan about that distance away and loads of other fruit fan trees at even shorter distance from the fences!

  1. Apple, 2) pear, 3) plum, 4) apple or cherry

According to DH. To me they all look like sticks.

2littleboyzmum · 30/03/2020 22:09

They are cordons

And they've only just been planted so I can move them

DH says to post a new pic of the 4th when it's in bloom and he'll be able to be more accurate Smile

@YourVagesty ok I will do, it looks like a cherry to me but that's just comparing it to our Stella cherry we have in the garden

1 Apple
2 Pear
3 Plum (the first to blossom)
4 Cherry
You might need two of each fruit tree (or have a neighbouring tree close enough) for them to be pollinated successfully and fruit.

Yeah, cherries will be fine as I have one of those but unsure about the others
