How do I fix this?

Before going on holiday I asked a horsey friend if I could take some manure for my raised beds. I've just come back and she has very kindly done it for me. When she told me and I thanked her, she said "not a problem, I was emptying out a stable anyway so it was as easy to move it to your beds". Closer inspection confirmed that instead of nice, well rotted year old manure, I've got fresh stuff with plenty of straw and bits of haylage! Before I go and dig it all out (and stealth ninja raid her midden in the night for more) I was wondering if there was a creative lazy way of embracing the problem! Are there any plants that prefer fresh poop over the vintage variety? Can I call the straw mulch and this give it a job? On of the beds was established, but the other had just been put in place, so I was wondering if I could use what she did as a base and then top with the more traditional layers?

Fresh manure can burn plant roots, so if it's an option, it would be better to remove it and let it rot down. I wouldn't risk leaving it in situ, you might regret it!
