Don't know if this photo is any better. The plant ID app tells me it's some sort of milkweed native to North America...

Apart from the more muted colour, the star shape of the flowers does make me think Beebumble2 was right with the suggestion of Euphorbia ‘Fireglow’.

Maybe not though!

Actually I think you’re right... having Googled it the plant definitely looks more like milkweed 😆
