Oh, and gardenia.

EnormousDormouse · 19/04/2019 05:13

Lemons
Adenium (desert rose)
Oleander
Bougainvillea
Hibiscus
Ixora (think that's its name)
Convovulous
Jasmine
Periwinkle
Aloes - still sending flower spikes up
Various things I've forgotten the name of
And my frangipane are just starting to get their leaves back - can't wait for the flowers after staring at bare sticks for 5 months wondering if I really have killed them this year
(I'm in the Gulf)

Hellebores,
Hyacinths beginning to droop now)
Muscari
Tulips
Daffodils
Snakehead fritillaries
Daisies and dandelions (in the lawn!)

I am way up North, so everything is a bit behind compared to down South.

Should have bluebells, astilbe, camelia, and lily of the valley soon.

SquishySquirmy · 19/04/2019 13:39

Not astilbe - I meant Dicentra/bleeding heart. No idea why but I always get the names of those two plants confused!

Apple, pear, viburnum carlesii, bluebell, primula, Erigeron, Choisya, Aubretia, tulips, daffodils, dogwood, vinca, tulip yarda, end of daphne odora.

Backseatonthebus · 19/04/2019 22:37

Wisteria - it's wonderful this year.

Siameasy · 22/04/2019 19:07

Rosemary - and Broom is about to.
The Japanese cherry has just finished (my DD cried earlier “it’s died!” 😭❤️)
I’ve got three Honesty plants in bloom. They’re biennials so it’s been a long wait. We collected the seed for the purple one locally so really chuffed.

Fruit trees - crab apple, apple and pear - tulips, wallflowers (perennial and bedding), lewisia, dicentra spectabilis, violas, fuchsias, osteospermums, tellima grandiflora, Marsh marigold.
