Trying to work out what this is. It looks quite like a agastache, but the leaves doesn't have any sort of scent. It is currently about 5'6", and looks like flowers are starting to bud. It's perennial.

Any ideas?

And I've been defeated by these, too. All perennials, but I can't work out what they are.

I Can answer a couple I think, from your second post. The second pic is a Euphorbia, possibly E. wulfenii, Which is one of the larger growing Euphorbias. The third pic is interesting, because I think it might be Tulbaghia violacea, a pretty, bulbous South African plant, not always hardy. If the leaves have a strong smell when crushed that would confirm my guess.

Yep, leaves smell beautifully of onion-y, chive-y garlic when crushed! Thank you!

Watching with interest! I have some seedlings described as "herb anise". No idea what they will turn out to be.

MrsBert it will probably be Sweet Cicely (I might be wrong!). I have it in my garden and it is lovely!

Sadly now sweet cicely, the leaves are nothing like that!

I think my first picture might be an Eupatorium. Not sure which variety though!
