I am no gardener, but do my best. I have a large trough planter for kitchen herbs, which I've been cultivating for three years.
The mint (in a little pot of it's own), oregano, parsley, thyme and chives. I've had three lots of dill, which I buy from a good nursery, but they have all died. The first one lasted eighteen months so, but the last one was dead within a fortnight.
What am I doing wrong? Does it not like company? Should I keep it separately to the other herbs, or does it need a different soil mix, more or less watering, some special feed? Or should I just give up and use dried, because I never see fresh cut in the supermarket.
