I'm a terrible gardener, but I try.

Are any of these plants saveable?

The secret of keeping Acers in pots is
1 top them up with fresh compost each year as feed with liquid Acer feed in Spring.

Every third year either move them up to a bigger pot or take them outof their pit and trim back the roots

This Acer is 12 years old and is on its third pot. It has had one root trim.

Agree with JT. Last one looks as if its trying to be a potentilla

My little bay, which was the traditional 'lollipop' shape was never happy in a pot, so ten years ago I planted it in the garden, and just waited. It is now a twelve foot tree with masses of leaves and regularly flowers. I have taken loads of cuttings and they all do better in the ground. I have acidic soil.
You need the right compost for your plants, and bigger pots. If you don't want to put in bigger pots, then carefully remove a couple of inches of the existing compost and replace with the new compost. I grow loads in pots, but you need big pots and the right compost. I'm sure they will thrive given the right conditions. And use a recommended feed.

Updates 🙂

I re-potted the bay in normal compost and it looks happier.

And I re-potted the red acer in ericaceous compost, but I only did that today, so fingers-crossed.

I also re-potted the ? bush potentilla in normal compost today, so I'll see how it gets on.

It's definitely a bush potentilla. It has white flowers when it flowers.
