Show off your peonies!

we are in the process of doing the garden weve only lived here 12 months. Last year we had a small peonie plant but was in a bad way but it flowered ok and was looking forward to seeing it this summer.

We cut it right down over winter and now its beautiful I can't wait to see the flowers its just gone bigger every day.

Anyone else got one and want to show it off would love to see the different varieties.

This is one of my ‘raspberry ripple’ peonies; I need to find out its proper name. It has a wonderful scent.

I am jealous of the white flowers! I must buy another i think and get it in.
Mine still haven't opened but I think it will at some point this week. I cut some to put in a mason cup on my hallway dresser. Cant wait for them to open.

Here's mine - I'm in the north west so my buds are only just starting to open. Can't remember the name of the variety but I have 18 buds this year. I also bought a white one from Tatton Park flower show last summer but she's only a baby so no flowers this year.

I didn’t plant mine, it was already in the garden when we moved in, but it is quite lovely.

Late to the thread as mine just opened the other day (Scotland).

I moved this from an overgrown herbaceous bed we inherited where it was totally swamped and we never saw it’s flowers. So I’m delighted I can see it but the colours are all wrong where I have it now and I need to move it again I think...
