Cheapest place to buy seeds?

Just wondering if anywhere knows where I can get cheap seeds?

I have decided to put packs of seeds in the party bags at my son's birthday party as it's a farm theme. Cress seeds would be good, as they're easy for kids to grow, but any seeds will do really!

Need a few packs and hoping to get them on the cheap. Any suggestions?

Wilkos do buy 3 and only pay for 2.

Agree Wilko!

Giant sunflowers (75 seeds per pack!), cress, radish and nasturtium (you can eat the flowers and leaves!) are all 50p a pack. Plenty of other options too Smile

You might be better off ordering them online (collection is free to the store) to save disappointment. Sometimes the racks are empty of the thing you need Flowers

Meant to say delivery is free to the store! You know what I mean Wink

Ooh, hadn't thought of Wilko - they just opened a brand new one in my town so I'll check it out later!

Got a packet is mixed salad seeds for 25p at Wilko!

Wilko is brilliant - I love the soft green of their twine, wire coated chicken wire, and similar. Fits in so well with most plants - better than the dark green on sale elsewhere - someone thinks about Wilko's products.

GingerKitCat · 05/05/2017 14:06

Totally agree SeaRabbit it's a pleasure to shop there! They've introduced me to lots of innovative gardening products and trip prices are fab (especially in the end of season sale Grin)

I got them all from Wilkos in the end at 50p a pack Smile SeaRabbit I agree about the products being well thought out, I feel like their homeware, stationery and so on is a lot more on-trend and modern than other low-budget retailers. Instead of just accepting whatever cheap tat they get sent from China they seem to have actual product/trend researchers checking what is fashionable on social media, home design trends etc.
