Memorial tree in wild meadow

I've planted a wild flower meadow last autumn ( thanks to much advise I received here) and have been given a gift of money to buy a tree in memory of my ds whose anniversary is almost ten years ago. Has anyone any recommendations for a stunning tree that won't look out of place within a wild flower area please? I loved the idea of magnolia but unsure if it would look right. I've got around £200 to play with

Amelanchia is a beautiful tree. White Blossom in spring then every month the leaves change until a beautiful orange in Autumn.

Prunus padus, Bird Cherry, has scented white blosssom and small black fruit later on. Native to Britain, it would sit well in a meadow and has great benefit to wildlife.

I was thinking of Viburnum Farreri -being a large shrub . flowering from late autumn, and fragrant
the Amelanchier is lovely - mine is grafted onto a half standard rootstock, so more tree like, but again, you can get them as shrubs

What about an oak or a horse chestnut?

I must admit - I thought an oak would be wonderful, and a lasting memory, depends on size of meadow though.

Thanks so much for responding all. The actual wild flower meadow is about 20ft x 80 ft. There is plenty of other grassed garden surrounded by laurel trees but little else yet. I do like the idea of an oak but actually would prefer colour/ flowers on a tree as my ds loved colours
Ive googled the Viburnum Farreri and that's lovely. The tree will be seen from my kitchen as the door looks directly onto the ( will be) meadow. I'll try to put a photo on soon but please bare with me as the meadow was only planted in the autumn and I have probably unrealistic expectations!

Don't know if you are fixed on the viburnum, but if you wanted native to go with the wildflower theme, how about rowan or elder.

First photo shows view from kitchen going up to second photo where the meadow will finish. Last photo is just the grass area with nothing done yet. I'd ideally like a tree just before where the little battered table and chairs are
