Anyone else's apple trees hardly fruiting this year?

I'm very Sad . Our two apple trees produced mountains of fruit last year, and loads of blossom this spring. Then one of those massive early-April rainstorms blasted all the blossom off. I assume this is the culprit.

Now I've only got a handful of apples growing.

Please tell me I'm not alone!

All but one of my apple trees are laden with fruit.
Nothing at all on the pear tree.
One solitary plum between 3 plum trees.

We had tons of blossom and lots of tiny apples growing. Can't wait until they are fully grown. They are red apples are will be ready around September. It will be our second autumn in the house. Last year we had loads of massive big red apples.

My kids have knocked some of the branches and knocked some of the apples off. Will this damage the crop? I'm furious but don't want to stop them.playing footy in the garden.

We have lots of apples and plums but pear trees are absolutely bare now. There was quit a lot of fruit starting to grow but then they all turned black and died so I just took them all off. I put it down to too much rain.
