Fuschia should move very easily; best I suppose to do when risk of frost has gone, but before sap starts rising too much in spring.

Acer, depending on what sort it is, could be more difficult, but even so as long as you get all its rootball out and give it good soil and compost to go into, and make sure it doesn't dry out should be OK as well. However, acers don't like windy situations, so best for somewhere sheltered.

we moved a fuschia from another garden and it is now very happy - we did it in the autumn.

acer - we moved a very small one (about 40cm high and skinny), it had been planted about 2 years before but never seemed very happy, we moved it when we were doing some other work or it would have been trampled, it sat in a pot for about 3 months then we planted it somewhere else and it looks better than ever.
