Hi

My dd is considering doing another A level and has found this option. Has anyone’s dc used them? Or can anyone recommend a provider? Dd is 19.

thanks

I highly recommend the National Extension College https://www.nec.ac.uk/. It has been established for 60 years and has excellent student support and subject tutors. You can fast track some A level subjects.

Thanks @IdaGlossop

It's a pleasure. NEC is not the cheapest but the student support, online forums, assignment marking and exam preparation make a big difference and are appreciated by younger learners in particular.

I had a little look and will share with dd later when she’s home. I noticed exam costs aren’t included and presume they’ll perhaps differ from subject to subject but that NEC will be able to advise?

Exam costs also differ from year to year and can vary between exam boards. Yes, the advice team at NEC will be able to give you information when you phone about exam centres for private candidates (which your dd would be) and exam fees.
