Is it possible to complain about a university tutor

I'm training to be a teacher and we have tutors that are overseeing the whole placement. So the one I have is so appallingly rude I'm honestly baffled.

I sent an email today responding to her. She was requesting a statement from my mentor about how I'm doing etc. My mentor can't come in to see me as she's super busy atm. This tutor just seems to have none of it. I emailed my subject tutor and even copied this tutor who oversees everything into the email and her response to me saying my mentor won't be able to meet that date etc but I did copy yiu into those emails to make you aware was:

"Yes, I have seen your emails. I am aware that you copied me in to them so I am aware of the responses.
The statement should be submitted by the mentor on the due date. Weekly observations should have been done in Term 3 and I understand that your feedback from colleagues for these would have been discussed in your teams meets. Therefore, the statement could be done on time as the contents of it relates to a what we are requesting.
Thanks"

The sarcasm in the first like pis*ed me off.

Fast forward a few emails and she started saying "your subject mentor has not agreed a date change" (she has and I forwarded her the trail) she then insisted she didn't have it. Then 2 hours later, no apology or anything for trying to act like I'm embezzling the truth. She comes out and says "yes seen it now it's on my laptop. Thanks"

I'm just annoyed. Her manners seem super off and honestly I'm 27 Ive not got this far in life to be spoken to like I don't know my facts. It really annoyed me and I feel like I want to complain.

The uni should have a complaints procedure, if you can't get one from the dept try speaking to student services. Failing that report to the department head etc.

She sounds delightful Confused

frankly i think you are likely to come across much worse in almost any work place.
i agree it's not pleasant, but she is a kind of boss figure, and that's often how they behave.
if you don't expect much, you won't be disappointed.
presumably this is a short course, so you won't have to put up with her for too long.
i would just chalk it down to experience.
there's not enough to substantiate a complaint. you risk looking precious.
all the best.
