Advice: medical history

My husband and I are hoping to start the process to become respite carers, through a local LA.

One thing I am worried about, in 2019 and 2011, I have had bouts of depression / anxiety (linked to major life events.) Unfortunately, despite me never saying this, it says that I was having suicidal thoughts in 2019. I challenged this with my current surgery (when I got my medical records on the app), but they are unable to change it, as it came from a previous surgery.

Is this going to be an issue? I recognise signs when I am getting anxious or stressed, and know what calms me down etc. My husband can also tell if I am stressed and will tell me. However, generally I do not get very anxious.

I don't think it will hinder things. Suicidal ideation and actual suicide attempts are viewed very differently. I am a foster carer and both my husband and I are on ssri's for anxiety but it's well managed and didn't hold us back becoming carers.
