If one has gone to the Collège Interarmées de Défense (Ecole de Guerre) what is the English language name for the qualification one gets?

If you mean Staff College (like the Joint Command and Staff College at Shrivenham) you get the psc(j), ie: you have passed the Staff Course (you may also have gained your MA at the same time).

Thank you :)

So I guess you say you do the equivalent of the ACSC and that presumably would be understood by the English speaking military world? The JSCSC seems the equivalent British institution anyway. I just have no idea what the protocol for referring to something in a different language is Confused especially when you need to say it to people from different countries, some non-native speakers in any case, hence wondering if there was an internationally recognised English name.

Just say the French Staff Course, and that should be understood. We have an RM friend who did the French staff course, so there must be some bits the same!
