amothersplaceisinthewrong Yum I KNOW that!!! In fact I was looking at them this afternoon wondering if all the effort would be worth it

But, we fancied making them, DS is 11 and loves cooking so I thought we'd try to make them from scratch..

WasWondering Thanks for link, and the mars bar sauce sounds like heaven on little legs.

Cheers!

You should be able to find a recipe online. I don't pipe the choux pastry, just spoon it onto baking tray. Once they have cooked, pull out any flabby, uncooked pastry, then fill with cream and drizzle with loads of choc sauce.... Yum

Do you know, I think that even I can make Nigella's! i thought it would be all piping bags and stuff needed.[shows what I know emoticon]

molly, all you have to do is cut them half open and pop them back in the oven for another 5 mins - no flabby bits whatsoever need to be pulled out.
