What is a good breakfast i can keep in my desk at work. i eat b/fast on days i don't work but am terrible on days i do. it needs to be something that doesn't go off or require milk, or toasting! any suggestions would be appreciated. i try to bring fruit with me as much as possible but i need something else....

What facilities do you have? I think you can get sachets of porridge which only need boiing water from a kettle, but obviously you'd need kettle/bowl/spoon for that. Cereal bars would be the other immediate thought, though they have quite a bit of sugar.

I keep a box of cereal under my desk, and some disposable cups and spoons. Everyday I bring in a bottle of Actimel or pot of flavoured yoghurt, and have it with the cereal - very nice!

You can't get up 10 minutes earlier.....? Would give you a lot more scope.

Oatcakes and a selection of nuts in your desk? A few oatcakes plus some nuts & a banana would make a good breakfast for me. (You'd need an airtight tub for the oatcakes.)

i know chil1234 but in reality it would never actually happen. i like my bed too much plus i'm never hungry when i first wake up, its about 45 mins later it starts to get me.
i'm liking the idea of taking in a box of cereal thats nuggety/ clustery so doesn't really need milk that i can just munch on.
