Rather than stick to splenda recipes on their website, I was wondering if I can use anyr recipe and if so, is it just a straight swap of splenda for sugar?

bleurgh! Gawd, don;t use splenda. Why would you want to do that? Why?

I remember when the mil put splenda or some such on the raspberries. It didn't even dissolve.

WeDontDooDuvets · 29/05/2010 20:05

no I don't think you do, there is a recipe on the splenda website/

pointydog - I would normally. It's so I can make my mum something sweet and normal that she can enjoy. She has bone cancer and on top of that has just been told she is diabetic.

ah, I see. Sorry for being a nob then. I don't know about diabetic stuff.

I tend to use the same volume but not weight, but haven't used it very widely.
