I always order it online but I think the caudron foods is in the veggie ready meals section (with the chilled veggie sausages) and then there's the vacuumpack japanese stuff somewhere in the stirfry sauce and dried noodles bit. The japanese stuff is softer and not much good for stirfries.

if you are using tofu for a stir fry, firm tofu is the way to go. Chinese grocery stores always seem to have the real thing and always very fresh.

If you get cauldron, it tends to hold together better rather than crumble if you freeze it and then defrost it and squeeze out the water. I use soy sauce, sweetchilli sauce. ginger and chillis and ground cumin as a marinade.

coat it in corn flour before you fry it. When it comes out of the oil pat with kitchen roll and sprinkle on tamari and lime. Yum! Do your stirfry and pop it on top when you dish up so it stays crisp.

i don't bother marinading, I sometimes use sharwoods blackbean sauce in the stir fry and sometimes just soy sauce, ginger and garlic. cauldron do ready marinaded tofu which is yummy but really really salty.
