What is the ratio of fat to flour in a crumble?

Just about to make a crumble, what is the ratio of fat to flour, i am using flora, many thanks x

I usually do a ratio of 3:2:1 of flour, butter and sugar. I suppose I would do the same if i was using flora, but have never tried.

I do half as much butter and sugar to flour.

Just check the Flora is OK for baking - some spreads are no good for baking!

3:2:1 sounds about right. We add rolled oats as well, after preparing the basic mix. About 1 part oats to 3 parts mix. It breaks it up a bit, keeps the sweetnes down and provides a nuttier flavour.

2:1:1 here

3:2:1 would stick together, that's how I make biscuits...
