chicken drumstick recipe

I don't eat chicken drumsticks, so we don't buy them. Dh and dd complained, so I bought some for the first time ever!
What do i do with them? Anything goes, pretty much - we are not a fussy family (and those that are have to eat it anyway ).
I will almost certainly remove the skin though as chicken skin makes me come over all queezy!
I want to do them for supper tomorrow and as healthy as possible.
Any ideas?

I was looking at THIS RECIPE earlier, which looks yummy.

I would definitely keep the skin on when cooking otherwise they may dry up too much.

Leave the skin on so they wouldn't dry out. My family's favourite: Mix some olive oil lemon juice salt pepper and ground cumin and rub on to the chicken. Roast them in the oven. Roast some aubergine, red onion, peppers any vegetables you like really and when there's about 10mins of cooking time left mix the vegetables with couscous and stick it back into the oven.

I take skin off, put the drumsticks in a roasting pan and dump a bottle of barbecue sauce over top. Cover and bake at 325 for about 46 minutes, or an hour. I buy a sauce for chicken and ribs when I do this, but most bbq sauces would work just as well.
If you like hot and spicy, shake some hot sauce in with it.

I make herbed drumsticks (or thighs)by removing the skin, placing chicken in baking dish. Chunk an onion and add that to the dish. Sprinkle the chicken generously with oregano and black pepper, and a little basil, tiny bit of thyme and rosemary.
Cover and bake at 325 for about an hour.

Lastly, mix up some black pepper, and paprika with bread crumbs. Beat an egg in a bowl with a bit of water. Dip the chicken in crumbs, then egg mixture, then crumbs again. Broil or bake until done.

Poach them gently with leeks carrots and potatoes, just covered with stock (or water will do). After about an hour lift out the veg and meat, and make a parsley sauce with butter, flour, stock from the pot, and parsley and cream to finish. Yum.
