Put them in a tortilla?

DrSpechemin · 10/05/2010 20:29

put them on a pizza?

wukter · 10/05/2010 20:29

Put them in a tomato sauce for pasta.
Or make "fish cakes" except with chorizo.

wonderingwondering · 10/05/2010 20:29

fry in olive oil with softened onion & garlic, chopped peppers, some tomatoes or passata - pasta sauce.

Stuff squid with it

Fry it till the fat runs then serve with Halloumi

Add to a beef stew, gives a nice paprika tang.

stir fry dry with king prawns, sugar snaps, cherry toms and baby corn. Serve with brown rice. Simple but delicious

fry them and serve with a spicy tomato sauce and pasta. Or put it on pizza as already suggested. Add it to a paella with other meat.

DH has choritzo and he puts it in everything but he buys the sausage and cuts chunks of it off.

Pavlov · 10/05/2010 20:31

Oh yes, add to beed stew! DHs favourite.

beef.

I buy plain cheese pizzas and add chorizo with some chopped up onions/peppers. It's nice with cheese in a baguette (or panini) or lightly fried until crispy (don't add any oil to pan though as loads comes out) and served with pasta in one of those stir through tom sauces. Its making me hungry now!

fry till they release the oil. put with rocket, goat's cheese and toasted pine nuts for a gorgeous salad.

Skegness · 10/05/2010 21:27

I'd just eat them straight from the pack. yum.

Humania · 10/05/2010 21:32

This cod and chorizo orzo recipe is divine. Or agree with skegness... it doesn't usually last long enough to cook with in my fridge cos I've eaten it straight from the packet.
