Self raising / plain flour?

I'm about to make muffins, the recipe includes plain flour + bicarb + baking powder.

I have self raising in the cupboard, but not plain. Do I just use this and leave out the bicarb (and still put in baking powder)?

stolen from wikipedia:

Self-rising flour is typically composed of the following ratio:
1 cup (100 g) flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) baking powder
a pinch to ½ teaspoon (1 g or less) salt

So leave out the baking powder( or add a little depending on ratio your recipe requires) & add bicarb

Belated thank you - tried that and they turned out possibly a little less floaty light than last time but still very yummy.
