I am organsing a village event and whilst I know I will have some cake donations I am scared I may get caught out so I need to make at least6 ( 8 I'd feel happier)
I canot make the day beofre as other stuff to do so I was wondering if I can bake and freeze and they would turn out OK?
I bake a lot - no problems there but have never frozen. I am thinking traybake things - toppings to be done when defrosted
Has anyone done this and what are the resulting cakes like?
