What's considered a "portion" of oily fish for a toddler?

I'm trying to make more effort to get ds to have his two portions a week (nothing fancy, a bit of tuna here, a bit of salmon there) but how much is a portion? I can sneak a bit of smoked salmon in to some pasta (he doesn't like "bits" - grrrr) but because I've had to reduce it to sub atomic particles to get him to eat it, I'm not sure he's actually getting that much.

not sure tbh
isn't it his fist size?
you sound as tho you're doing all you can tho
worth trying are homemade fishcakes/fingers or sardines on toast or a fish pie
if you're really worried then you can supplement his diet with fish oil syrup/tabs at breakfast time

He's so fussy I'm not sure I'll manage to get him to eat fishcakes, but I am going to make my own salmon fishfingers. That's the only way I'm going to be able to get him to eat a fist sized portion.

Lord knows how the childminder does it, but he tucks in to tuna pasta with gusto at her house, barely picks at it at home.
