May have drawn the short straw - or, who knows, it might be the start of a great career. DS (10), with normal attention span of a reasonably diligent gnat, has been allocated to learn to cook and then cook and serve a main dish from Malaysia for an international food evening. He has to be able to cook it unaided on he night. I could help if it were from loads of other countries, but this has me foxed. Can anyone help, please?
