nuts and seeds. I have voucher code for graze box if you want it, you get 1st free then 2nd half price.

Hi Joosey, i did do grazebox for a while, but they kept sending me stuff I had specified I didn't like so gave up on it! May buy a bag of mixed nuts from supermarket tho - but aren't nuts still quite fatty?

but it's good fat!! and will fill you up longer.
Could you try putting out a daily ration of nibbles?

Celery with cottage cheese or peanut butter?

haggisaggis · 17/02/2010 16:48

Frozen peas!! THey're sweet and not fattening (at elast I hope not!) And popcorn (if you have one of these popcorn makers taht use hot air).
I tried teh Graze box but worked out teh calorie content is actually greater than my low cal lunch - and I was hungry by 2 pm. (and was using it as a lunch replacement)

haggis, you eat the peas frozen?

mangetout, sugar snap peas, baby sweetcorn, baby tomatoes, rice cakes, cucumber slices, grapes, apple slices, dried fruit, mini ryvita, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, orange segments, blueberries, pear slices.

That should keep you going.

PinkyDink · 18/02/2010 08:57

veg crudites with small tub of hummus (sainsbury's do pack of 3 mini pots bgty and are 58cals per mini pot) or light/extra light cream cheese, low fat yogurt (add fruit and a spinkle of seeds or nuts), some sort of low cal protein (prawns/tuna/egg/cottage cheese) with sml portion of salad - now that should fill you up and you get alot of prawns for the cals 1/2 tin tuna about 60cals(NOT in oil)

I like raw white cabbage. Just cut a piece and slice it up. Also if I'm cooking veg like carrots or broccoli for tea, I make extra and put them in the fridge - great for nibbling the next day.

5inthebed · 18/02/2010 09:01

Keep a jar of gherkins/pickled onions/baby beetroot in your fridge. When you look in there for something to nibble they'll be there, cold and ready to eat. Yum.

Bonsoir · 18/02/2010 09:01

Try drinking flavoured tea instead?

No I haven't - I'll give it a go.

I'm very partial to Lipton Marrakesh Mint teabags!

Not sure I'd go for this after reading this review:-

I'm really trying to watch my weight, and 600 calories for a few nuts and seeds seems very excessive.

Still - the first still seems to be free using their code www.graze.com/p/HR5CJ8W

STop having meal times and just have healthy tasty snacks through the day.

INstead of thinking that the snacks are putting on weight, view it that the meals are adding extra calories.

Sorry for the dupicates ladies, and I meant thescoffingcow.blogspot.com/2011/02/graze-nature-delivered-scoffing-cow-she.html

Sugar free jelly!! You can buy the little pots like yoghurt size and they are about 8 calories each, or make a big batch up and keep in fridge Smile
