It is pretty difficult to find Coriander here. But now I have a bunch, and I have used quite a lot of it in cooking, but wont be able to use all before it goes off. Can I freeze it?

I have frozen it, but it tends to be a bit limp when defrosted. It's ok to use chopped up in something (flavour's still there) but wouldn't look nice as a garnish, IYSWIM.

Ok, thanks, I will freeze it then and not ust it as garnish. It is so nice in cooking.

I chop it before freezing and just use it in cooking.
