Anyone know a good one? My toddler has just started getting interested in baking so I'd like to get him some kit - rolling pin, mixing bowl, measuring spoons, that sort of thing.

TIA

I'd would let him use the big stuff. Can't really see the point of minature baking sets.

J'agree Altho my ds has a mini chefs hat and looks cute

Mine use the big stuff but tbh its a bit, erm, big. Esp the rolling pin. Both have hurt themselves on it a bit. John Lewis do a gorgeous miniamo one that I bought for a friend's child's bday last year.

I am a big fan of super twee aprons as well. DD has a Charlie and Lola one she got as a pressie and DS has a dogs one I got from a catalogue a few years ago - Urchin? Gone bust now I think.

Also the dreaded Pampered Chef do a brillaint kid's cutting knife that is serrated and works for cutting carrots etc but won't hurt them.

Try Wilkinsons - they had lovely kiddies baking sets quite recently. kids wooden rolling pin etc.
Although if you hunt about you can buy some lovely individual bits to 'make a set' and then add a kids apron etc

Just start him off with a Asda smartprice/Tesco value mixing bowl plastic spatula, wooden spoon, measuring jug, whisc and some cake mixes or ingrediants. Then as you see nice cutters etc add to it as you go along.

There are nice little sets out there but really you just need the basic things. Its what you make with them that makes them fun.
