Just that really, got some left over that I didn't cook yesterday and it has been in the fridge. Was going to cook it for supper tonight but dh is in bed so it's only me. Don't want to waste it, and was just wondering?

I think that freezing would kill the yeast and then the bread wouldnt rise. Agree with Coca

Might be a bit late now but you can freeze bread dough. You can freeze it before it's risen and then defrost and rise (at the same time) in the fridge for 12-24 hours, bring to room temp, then shape, prove, bake. Or you can shape the dough, freeze, defrost and rise in fridge for 12-24 hours, bring to room temp, then bake.
