Hi I have PCOS and have been advised that a low GI diet can help. I have a sweet tooth, so this will be very hard but I'm determined. I've looked at the foods I have at home and none of them are low GI. THe foods they recomend sound awful too.
Is anyone else following this diet and is it really that bad? and has it helped improve your fertility? I want to follow it as a change of lifestyle to improve my health and fertility, not just to loose weight. I'm not sure if I could keep it up forever though.
Also could anyone recommend a good pocket book that tells you which foods are low GI?
