Can anyone recommend a good asian fusion recepie book?

By asian fusion i don't mean eastern/western fusion but japanese/thai/chinese fusion. I asbsolutely love the food in restaurants like Busaba Eathai and Hakkasan but cannot find any recipe books with that sort of food for love nor money. Can anybody please help? I'm desperate! I want to eat more healthily this year and love this sort of fusion food especially as it is naturally mostly wheat and dairy free.

I know this should probably be in Recipies but for some reason i couldn't post on there, so am trying here.

What about the Wagamamma cookbook that came out a few years ago. I think it may still be available- you'd probably find it on ebay.

Those aren't really fusion restaurants, they are straight Thai/Chinese respectively.

There are loads of Thai/Chinese/Japanese cookbooks, as well as some 'Asian' ones (generally refering to East and South East Asia, rather than South Asian), I was in the discount book shop today, and they had a whole load.

Also there is Wagamama (same creator as Hakkasan), which is Asian fusion, and they have a few cookbooks.

We have a great cookery book by Madhur Jaffrey This one

Indian, Thai, Chinese, Malaysian, Japanese, Korean etc ... nothing we have ever done from it has come out badly, it has all been delicious!

hi, thanks for your replies, i have got the wagamama cookbook and have found it to be a bit hit and miss. I wanted something a bit more reliable.

someguy, i think hakkasan is a bit of a fusion and not purely chinese, probably busaba is mostly thai. But i have lots of thai recipie books already and can't find some of the busaba dishes. I think they are unique to busaba and made up by their chefs who apparently are sworn to secrecy as i know of people who have begged for certain recipies but been totally refused
