Homemade chocolates/fudge for Christmas gifts to send?

Hi,
I would like to make some fudge or chocolates with my daughter to give as christmas presents but we will need to send it through the post. we tried making Phil Vickery's Ultimate fudge today but it is far too soft and will be melted and misshapen by the time it arrives, already looks like muck, tbh, although tastes yummy!
Anyone know of good recipe that will look good and easy to make that will withstand a journey with Royal Mail in a bag packed in a box? Thanks.

The dss and I made these at the weekend.
They are a bit mishapen but they look fab (if I do say so myself )

Truffles

I did them with 2/3 dark choc and 1/3 milk and used a variety of combinations of booze and fruit.

Thanks for your reply. Do they have to be kept in the fridge, do you know? The fudge I made was lovely (very!) too but it became very soft and more or less melted when taken out of the fridge, in the end it just looked like something the dog might have done (sorry, horrid I know, but true!)
